My first post!
I'm kind of excited about being a sort-of-charter member of Vox.
I've had a livejournal blog for nearly two years now, and have met all
kinds of wonderful people through that community. I like the look and
feel of this site and the "newness" of it. Now, whether or not I can
really keep up with two blogs remains to be seen! Since my livejournal
is friends-only and is mostly closed to people I know in real life, I
may make this my writing journal, professionally speaking. Hrm. We'll
see, right?
Speaking of that: some goals for this year, professionally: learn
HTML already. Get a domain name? Start keeping a public, professional
blog (hellooooo, Vox... or perhaps keep a blog on my site and use Vox
for family stuff? I dunno). And finish a book. Finish stories. Work.
Work. Work, dammit.
Can't wait to see where I end up from here.
